Recently, there has been a lot of talk about rice shortages in Japan. We believe that if you can find a dedicated farmer to help with the rice shortage, your concerns will be resolved.<\/p>\n

Seinosha has a membership system that delivers rice several times a year.<\/p>\n

We can deliver delicious rice sold directly from farmers in the month of your choice, or you can pick it up in store.<\/p>\n

We hope you will take this opportunity to consider an annual contract.<\/p>\n

\u2460MAMORITAI the rich rice fields<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

\uff08\u8c4a\u304b\u306a\u7530\u3093\u307c\u3092\u5b88\u308a\u968a\uff09<\/p>\n

Mamoritai is a word we coined by combining the Japanese words Mamori (Protect) and Tai (Member), and is one of our grand projects.<\/p>\n

“Mamoritai the rich rice fields” is an annual contract that includes a farming experience. We grow rice using traditional Chinese medicine farming methods that do not use any pesticides or chemical fertilizers.<\/p>\n

The amount of rice distributed to members varies depending on the amount of rice harvested. In recent years, 40kg to 45kg has been distributed per contract.<\/p>\n

If you need more, you can sign a second contract or purchase the amount you need separately.<\/p>\n

You can also apply through our online store, and we are still accepting orders for 2024 (this fall’s harvest distribution).<\/p>\n

\u2461Three NEKOMAI<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

\uff08\u4e09\u5339\u306e\u732b\u7c73\uff09<\/p>\n

In Japanese, cat is called NEKO, and rice is called KOME or MAI.
\nIn other words, NEKOMAI is a word we coined.<\/p>\n

NEKOMAI is specially cultivated “SAINOKIZUNA” rice, and can be purchased in 2kg, 5kg, and 10kg increments online and in stores.<\/p>\n

We also accept annual contracts for delivery or in-store pick-up on your preferred date.<\/p>\n

People who visit Seinosha also talk about the rice shortage. And we received the following message from a member participating in MAMORITAI.<\/p>\n

“Rice is currently in short supply, but we receive rice grown by MAMORITAI on a regular basis, so we have enough to eat.”<\/p>\n

We are currently unable to sell new rice because we only have the amount of rice in stock under contract, but we can still sell it after the new rice harvest.<\/p>\n
